Hide-on Carcass Washer   The HoCW-6000 Series Hide-On Carcass Washer is the next generation of hide-on carcass washers. Patented strikers repeatedly attack the soiled hide to more effectively strip off organic matter. High pressure water is replaced with the mechanical action of the strikers. The bank of high pressure pumps required in present systems are no longer needed. Water usage is drastically reduced.   The HoCW-6000 is designed to focus where the action is needed.  Fully adjustable lead modules can be positioned to your soil patterns where additional cleaning may be required.  The beauty of this system is that it can be designed for your needs and in most cases to your available floor space.  A chemical intervention may be added through the system headers to help reduce your TPC.   Click to view video

Carcass Water Removal Companion to the HoCW-6000 Series Hide-On Carcass is our CWR-6000 Series Carcass Water Removal system.  After the hide-on carcasses are washed, this patented system mechanically removes the excess water from the cut patten.   This process of hide-on washing and water removal helps to reduce visible fecal and foreign matter from being introduced to the meat during the hide removal phase of harvesting.
